My boyfriend, ladies and gentlemen.
My ui totally crapped out this weekend, I’ve spent all week putting it back together and adding a few new things. I really wanted to simplify everything as much as possible. One of my favorite things about this game is how it looks - hopefully now I’ll get to see a lot more of it instead of a big, bulky ui.
One thing I really like is that, instead of ten lines of text on the top half of my screen from DMB and Blizzard, there’s just that one single warning during boss encounters. The screen flashes blue, and the timers are off to the side.
I even made some custom WA art. The textures I had been using were just a bit too distracting. I think that they’re still attention grabbing enough to serve their purpose, but not so much that they’re really all I see through the encounter.
I know you can’t see it in the screenshot, but the boss frames look just like my target frame. They’re in a vertical stack right above my extra action button.
Anywho, I’m working on customizing it for my other toons, too. (Including the custom WA art.) I’ll probably post more screen caps after I get them wrapped up.
Took some photos of a good friend’s baby today. (She and her husband were in them, too.) I really love how they turned out - here are a few favorites.
So I checked out What Would I say and now I can’t stop
Yeah, mine have all been wildly offensive so far.
I made myself an awesome transmog and then started looking up the pieces I’d have to farm. Some aren’t available in the game anymore. =0(
Moving my alliance main to Feathermoon soon here, so I’m making a bank alt guild. Might as well make it interesting, right?
I don’t want to even think about how much money I’ve spent on realm transfers over the past 9 years.
Your video was really interesting and taught me alot. I was wondering if you could give me opinions? I'm a big fan of not necessarily hard core progresssion, but raiding and seeing the content and maximizing my output of what ever character i'm playing. However, I want to play with friends, since regardless of what i'm doing if I do it with friends its fun! Is there any like... easy way in game to do so? (fromgoodnightyou)
If your friends are still playing, chances are good that you’ll enjoy the game. With the introduction of flex raiding, you and your friends can choose to raid cross-server and the content will scale to the amount of players in the group. Also, Blizzard just introduced the Timeless Isle. Here, you can quickly gear up a character that hasn’t been played in a few patches (or you can choose to gear up your alts). Gearing up this way is much faster than LFR and much more enjoyable. Truth be told, the WoW is tailored to casual players and doesn’t require a big time commitment to experience the story anymore. Have one of your friends send you a scroll of resurrection and take a look at some of the new content. If you need a scroll, or a point in the right direction, feel free to add me to your realID: Ambear#1508.
